Personal Memo to Jerry Jones

Mr. Jones. Now is not the time for hesitation. As difficult as it may be to fire a head coach who lead you to the NFC's best record, you need to can Wade Phillips. Jason Garrett is about to get on a plane for his second interview with the Baltimore Ravens. Don't let that plane land without that young man being your head coach. The owner and GM in Baltimore will be too impressive and too willing to give Jason "an offer he can't refuse." Mr. Jones, you've been a great owner. I would hate to see your legacy tarnished because you let the big fish get away.

Pull the trigger, Jerry.

Warmest Regards,
Alan Matthew Gable

Congratulations Mr. Jones. I'm still a Cowboys' fan.
